Ground truth changes — a park repaves, a restaurant restripes its lot, a low limb gets cleared. When our data is wrong, we want to know.
How to report
Email calvin@usarvdirectory.com with the page, the listing, and what’s off (wrong length, clearance, hours, phone, or a stop we missed). A photo or a link helps.
What happens next
- We acknowledge corrections within 48 hours.
- We re-check the underlying data before changing anything — especially a score.
- When a correction upgrades an inferred value to a verified one, we date it on the page.
This feedback loop is how an inferred score becomes a verified one over time.
